✅ Terms & Conditions
The following terms must be accepted by the Parent/Guardian before enrollment:
1. Class Attendance
- The student must attend classes on time.
- If a student cannot attend class, the parent must inform the teacher at least 3 hours earlier.
- Frequent absences without notice may lead to temporary suspension.
2. Fee Policy
- Monthly fee must be paid in advance at the start of each month.
- There will be no refunds on paid fees.
- If payment is delayed for more than 7 days, classes may be paused until payment is cleared.
3. Make-Up Classes
- If the teacher misses a class, a make-up class will be provided.
- If the student misses a class without prior notice, make-up class will not be provided.
4. Student Behavior
- Students must show respect to teachers and classmates.
- Disrespect or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
5. Parent Responsibility
- Parents must ensure the child attends class with proper attention and environment (quiet room, mic, and camera if required).
6. Technical Requirements
- A stable internet connection, device, and working audio are the parent’s responsibility.
- Technical issues from the student’s side will be counted as a missed class.
7. Class Privacy
- Recording or sharing any class content, teacher’s voice, or material without permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Course Material
- All learning material provided is for personal use only and cannot be distributed or sold.
9. Teacher Change / Schedule Change
- Management has the right to change teacher or schedule if needed.
10. Termination of Services
- In case of continuous rule violations or non-payment, the student’s admission may be cancelled.
